graphics,resources that are used cannot be published on your website without me noticing. if you didn't give me proper credit,well theres a problem.
don't steal. i mean really its very childish,but if someone emails me saying that you have stolen my content. there will be a problem. most of all i will report it to your host, and i will put you on my blacklist.
don't advertise your site on the cutenews,tagboard at all. if you want to get advertised email me. you will be advertised for 1 month. and don't complain about this site either. complaints are meant to be emailed me. spamming is also not tolerated.
i do not allow people to quarrel,brag, or make any inappropriate comments. i don't want you making any racist comments. if you do, you will be banned from the site,tagboard,and my cutenews. if you comeback i shall file a complaint.
